Biodynamic Massage Therapy – spaces available
This is for people who feel tense but also tired; who are “on” a lot of the time; or who find that relaxation doesn’t come easily.
Biodynamic Massage is different from conventional massage. It’s a slow, gentle, body-based approach that works with the nervous system rather than trying to push the body to relax. It is especially suited to people who are stressed, sensitive, burnt out, or recovering from illness.
There’s no forcing, no fixing, and no pressure to talk. Sessions are responsive to what your body can receive on the day. It can be done fully clothed.
I work from a quiet home practice in Milton, and I currently have a small number of spaces available.
