Release stuck emotions
The face shows your entire life past and present, physical and emotional. Your thoughts, which become emotions can attach to the face, resulting in expressions. Wrinkles are the result of repetitive expressions. Reading my clients faces whilst I work with them adds another level to the treatment and also gives me a deeper understanding holistically of their inner state. Facial reflexology encourages the muscles to relax, moving any stagnant energy/emotions that are stuck. Facial reflexology works on so many levels, it is incredibly powerful, softening the face, releasing tension and brings balance and harmony to the whole body.
During the treatment I work with various crystal tools to intensify the healing, these include a clear quartz donut to help clear the mind, body & spirit. A black obsidian jagged edge Gua sha for sculpting and lifting, the stone of clarity which is said to absorb negative energy. This tool can increase micro circulation by up to 400%, it stimulates lymphatic drainage, collagen and elastin production. I also use obsidian mushrooms & a stainless steel probe to increase blood flow and balance reflexes.
