🎃 Lovely Halloween Hub today in Saffron Walden with both new and expectant parents.
We chatted about birth choices, breastfeeding, weaning and normal infant sleep and had delicious cake courtesy of 🍰
We are at Saffron Community Link on the last Friday of the month. Come and find us for support, information and connection.

We talked about optimal postitioning, emotional transitions through pregnancy and the postpartum period, and shared stories and examples of navigating choice through maternity care.

The birth and baby hub is not just a place where you can draw knowledge and experience from doulas but also from each other. This is what makes our sessions so special.

Come and join us on the last Tuesday of every month for support, infornation and a hot cuppa ☕️

And you'll also see them in the last segment of Loose Women today when the couple talk about their baby's birth. It's great to see them supporting OIiva and Alex as they prepare for their

What a gorgeous Birth and Baby Hub we’ve had today (and not just because of this lovely early autumn weather) 🥰

The feeling of comfort and support in spaces where women, mothers, and parents gather is so indescribable. Not only do we love having the privilege to be there for the birthing people and budding families of Cambridge, we also get to see them support EACH OTHER. With wisdom, humour, and compassion - all over a cup of tea, of course ☕️

We already can’t wait for next month! Our next drop-in (always free!) Cambridge Hub will be on Tuesday October 28th 12:30-2:30 - mark your calendars now 🗓️

It's our Cambridge Birth and Baby Hub on Tuesday!

Do you have questions about your upcoming birth? Looking for help with your sling? Need some breastfeeding support? Or do you just fancy a chat and a cuppa with our friendly team and other local parents? Whatever your reason, our experienced doulas and breastfeeding counsellors have you covered.

Drop in any time between 12:30-2:30 this Tuesday 30 September and we'll make sure to welcome you with cake and a cuppa!

We have our Birth and Baby Hub at Saffron Walden this Friday - and then our Hub at Cambridge next week.

We would love to see you at either - come along if you are pregnant, or have a new baby, or just want to meet others. There will be our birth and postnatal doulas and breastfeeding counsellors there, to chat with you and answer your questions. Drop in - it's all free and a great place to have a relaxing chat about birth, babies and the early days of parenting!

A reminder that all our Hubs are completely free drop ins (no need to sign up or reserve a place), where you are WELCOME. You are welcome if you’re newly pregnant or about to birth. You are welcome if your baby is one week old, or one year old. You are welcome if you’re feeling amazing about your pregnancy and postpartum, and you are welcome if you feel like a bundle of anxieties and doubts ❤️

Whatever stage you’re in and however you’re feeling about it, we will be waiting with a cup of tea, a slice of cake, and listening ears 🤗
