In these times, it’s more important than ever to have a healthy body and mind. We are committed to offering classes which will nourish you from the inside out, whether you’re a complete beginner, a seasoned practitioner, fitness lover, or relaxation seeker.

Community Yoga TONIGHT! ✨

Looking for a supportive, affordable, and welcoming yoga class? Join us every Wednesday evening for a practice that’s open to absolutely everyone, regardless of experience!

This is a FREE yoga class led by Barefoot Body graduate teachers who are passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with the community. While the class is free, we encourage you to make a donation to a wonderful local charity, Centre 33 - supporting young people in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough , who provide vital support to young people in Cambridgeshire. Practice with purpose!

Our Saturday Specials are designed to give you a chance to try something new, or deepen an existing practice. Tomorrow, Emma is teaching Ashtanga with a focus on the second 1/2 of the Primary Series (10:00 - 11:30am 🧘‍♀️).

Ashtanga is moving meditation - linking breath to postures. As we're focusing on the second 1/2 of the Primary series, expect to explore arm balances, deep hip openers, and inversions - come and give it a try!

As always, our commitment is to a welcoming and supportive environment - we encourage a modern way of practicing Ashtanga, and we make use of props and modifications to ensure you get exactly what you need from the practice.

If you’ve never tried Jivamukti before, it’s a flowing and uplifting style of yoga that connects movement, breath, and music to help you feel strong, grounded, and inspired. It’s the perfect way to wake up your body and clear your mind for the day ahead. 🌿

Join Ana for a focused session discovering the fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga. Iyengar Yoga is known for its emphasis on precision, alignment, and the intelligent use of props (like blocks, straps, and blankets) to help everybody access the benefits of the poses.

Everyone is welcome to join, from complete beginners curious about the style or experienced students looking to refine the foundation of their practice. We'll explore foundational asanas (postures), paying close attention to the small details that create stability, strength, and inner focus.
