It's not always clear what we are seeing. When our mind is stressed and alerted to threat, we easily misjudged the situation and may regret our knee-jerk reactions. Inviting trainees and coaches to still the mind can lead to greater clarity and wise decision making. Mindfulness training brings greater benefits than peace and calm.
