Thursday mood: swapping feet for frames 👣➡️👓

Today I’m trading in relaxing reflexology treatments for helping you see the world a little clearer… literally 😄

From “that feels amazing, I might fall asleep”
to “can you read the bottom line for me?”

Same calming energy… just with a lot more lenses and “are you looking for single vision or Varifocals” 👀

I love the balance though — soothing souls one day, sorting specs the next 🤍

If you need me today, I’ll be surrounded by frames instead of feet 🥰

✨ A Little Update & Reintroduction ✨

Hi lovely people, I thought it was time for a little update and a gentle reintroduction…

My working week is having a small shift 🌿
I’m now working at All Eyes every Thursday & Friday, 9–5 as an Optical Assistant — and I’m absolutely loving it! It’s such a lovely environment, and I get to be part of helping people feel looked after in a different way 💛

That means my reflexology treatment days will now be:
✨ Tuesdays & Wednesdays | 10am – 4pm

And an exciting change…
From the end of May, I’ll be welcoming you into my cosy garden treatment space in Cottenham 🌸
A calm, peaceful little haven designed for you to truly slow down, press pause, and reset.

I will no longer be taking on new mobile clients, as I focus on creating the best possible experience in this beautiful space.

Today the sun has been shining and it’s felt so lovely to see my little garden space really starting to come together ☀️

It’s not massive… it’s not state-of-the-art… and it’s definitely not clinical.
But that’s exactly the point!

This is a space created with intention.
