🏆 We’re absolutely delighted to share some incredible news! 🏆

On Friday at the Home Care Awards 2026, A Class Care was honoured with two fantastic recognitions:

✨ WINNER – Best for Respite Care Expertise
✨ HIGHLY COMMENDED – Best for Recruitment, Retention & Staff Motivation

These awards mean so much to us because they recognise the heart of what makes A Class Care special — our amazing team. Every day our carers and office staff go above and beyond to support people to live independently, provide compassionate respite support to families, and create a workplace where people feel valued, supported and inspired.

To be recognised nationally for both the quality of care we deliver and the way we support and value our team is something we are incredibly proud of.

A huge thank you to our dedicated staff, wonderful clients and supportive families who make what we do possible every single day. ❤️

💜 Celebrating the incredible women of A Class Care 💜

This International Women's Day, we’re celebrating the amazing women who are part of the A Class Care family — not only within our team, but also the wonderful women we have the privilege of supporting every day.

From our dedicated carers, to our care coordinators, recruiters, trainers, managers and leadership team, women play a vital role across every part of A Class Care. Their compassion, strength and commitment are at the heart of the care we provide.

But today we also celebrate the incredible women we support — our clients, mothers, grandmothers, sisters, and friends — whose stories, resilience and life experiences inspire us every day. It is a privilege to be part of their lives and to support them to live independently and with dignity.

Today we recognise every woman in every role — those providing care, those supporting behind the scenes, and those whose lives and journeys remind us why compassionate care matters so much.

❤️ Thank you for the strength, kindness and inspiration you bring to our community every single day.

March marks Prostate Cancer Awareness Month 💙

At A Class Care, we believe that awareness leads to action — and action can save lives.

Prostate cancer affects thousands of men across the UK every year. Many men experience no symptoms in the early stages, which is why regular conversations and timely GP checks are so important — particularly for men over 50 or those with a family history.

Possible symptoms may include:
• Changes in urinary habits
• Increased frequency, especially overnight
• Difficulty or discomfort when urinating
• Blood in urine
• Persistent lower back, hip or pelvic pain

These symptoms don’t always mean cancer — but they should always be checked.

This month, we’re encouraging families to:
💙 Check in with the men in their lives
💙 Prioritise preventative health
💙 Seek advice early if something feels different

At A Class Care, we provide professional, discreet and compassionate support at home for individuals undergoing treatment, recovering, or living with long-term health conditions. Our team is here to help people maintain dignity, independence and comfort in familiar surroundings.

👉 If you would like to understand how we can support you or a loved one, contact our team or visit our website to learn more www.aclasscare.co.uk

Awareness starts with a conversation. Let’s make March the month we have it. 💙

Sometimes it’s the simplest question that means the most…

“Where would you like to go?”

When we asked one of our clients this, he didn’t hesitate.

“London.”

And so that’s exactly what we made happen ❤️

With the incredible support of our Suffolk office and his dedicated carer by his side, we turned a wish into a real day out. The sights, the sounds, the atmosphere – the kind of experience that brings back memories and creates new ones.

It wasn’t just a trip.
It was independence.
It was confidence.
It was living life, not just receiving care.

These are the moments that remind us why person-centred care matters so much. It’s about listening. It’s about asking. And most importantly, it’s about making things possible.

If you or your loved one has somewhere they’ve always wanted to go, let’s start with the question.

❤️ Heart Health Month – Caring for Every Beat ❤️

February is Heart Health Month – a time to raise awareness about looking after one of the most important muscles in our body.

At A Class Care, we see every day how heart health impacts independence, wellbeing and quality of life. From supporting clients with medication management and gentle mobility, to encouraging nutritious meals and meaningful daily routines, small steps can make a big difference.

Heart disease doesn’t just affect individuals – it affects families. That’s why our approach is always person-centred, compassionate and tailored to each individual’s needs. Whether it’s support following a cardiac event or helping someone live confidently with a long-term heart condition, we’re here every step of the way.

💙 Simple ways to support heart health:
• Stay active with safe, gentle movement
• Eat a balanced, heart-friendly diet
• Manage stress and prioritise rest
• Take medication as prescribed
• Stay connected and socially engaged

💙 Random Acts of Kindness Day 💙

At A Class Care, kindness isn’t something we save for special occasions — it’s at the heart of everything we do, every single day.

It’s found in the carer who stays a little longer to share a cup of tea…
The reassuring hand held during moments of uncertainty…
The laughter shared over favourite memories…
And the small, thoughtful gestures that turn care into genuine companionship.

Today is a beautiful reminder that even the smallest act of kindness can make the biggest difference. Whether it’s checking in on a neighbour, calling a relative, or simply offering a smile — you never know how much it might mean to someone.

To our incredible team who show compassion, patience, and warmth every day — thank you for the difference you make in people’s lives. You don’t just provide care… you bring comfort, dignity, and joy.

✨ Let’s spread a little extra kindness today.

Home is more than four walls — it’s the place where love lives… and for many people, that love has four legs and a wagging tail. 🐾❤️

When care becomes necessary, one of the biggest fears families share is having to make impossible choices — including being separated from a beloved pet. But with live-in care, that choice simply doesn’t have to exist.

Our compassionate carers support people to remain safely in the place they feel happiest, keeping daily routines intact, preserving independence, and ensuring the comforting presence of a faithful companion is never lost. Because true person-centred care means protecting not just wellbeing — but the life someone loves.

If you’re starting to explore care options for a loved one, discover how live-in care can provide safety, companionship, and continuity without the upheaval of leaving home.

💙 This video is about him 💙

This video shares the story of one of our clients — his journey, his voice, and what care truly means to him. It’s a powerful reminder that at A Class Care, everything we do starts and ends with the person at the centre of the care.

It shows the importance of being listened to, respected, and supported in a way that allows people to live life on their own terms, in the place they call home. These are the moments that matter most — dignity, independence, and genuine human connection.

We’re incredibly grateful to our client for trusting us with his story and allowing us to share it. Stories like his are why our teams do what they do every single day.

👉 Please take a moment to watch the video, and if it resonates with you, like, comment, or share to help us raise awareness of the real impact person-centred care can have.

Because care is about people — always 💙
