Meet Paula

The face behind Happy at HomeCare.

"Hi, I'm Paula the face behind the company, I absolutely love my job, and it's a joy to get up everyday and go out and visit my wonderful clients, the reason I love it so much is because they become like family to me.

I started caring 20 years ago after bringing my family up.
I started as a carer and worked my way up to Team leader. Field care supervisor, care Coordinator to Care Manger.
I started Happy at Homecare December 2015 as I was unhappy with the company thinking more about profit margins than the quality of care given.
I pride myself to deliver the best care our elderly loved ones deserve.

I love what I do and the fact that I get to make a person's day better, with all the little things that are important to each and everyone of them.

Although you can see me in my photo and read a little about me, I always think it's important to meet in person when deciding the right care for you or your loved one. Talk about being chuffed
Just received a random call on my landline this evening, someone I cared for before she passed, her family knew someone needing a passionate carer to help a strong willed Ex army gentleman that’s just her heart surgery given reablement that lasted 4 days due to the corona virus, and recommended me as the best he could have ❤️
Never felt so chuffed and proud of my reputation as a carer ❤️
