Baby Massage
Learn about the benefits of massage and gradually build up the strokes from legs and feet to the whole body. Includes a colic routine
Find out about infant communication and how to work out what your baby really needs. It’s fine if your baby needs to cry, sleep or feed during the session
Baby-friendly venue – warm and sunny room, carpeted, clean, comfy chairs/cushions for feeding, fresh flowers and access to pretty garden in good weather
Time to discuss parenting issues as they come up. Celebrate the highs and share the lows in a supportive, non-judgemental atmosphere
Free book loan with supply of relevant books on baby massage, attachment and bonding, general parenting and child development themes
Fathers and other adult family members welcome
Free on-site parking and refreshments included

Family Melody
Rhymes, songs, puppets, bells and shakers, parachute play, scarves, balls and gentle movement. This is a calm and nurturing group for 0 - 3 years. Fathers, grandparents, siblings and other family members are always welcome in my groups.
