My baby yoga classes are designed to be a gentle, grounding space where you can breathe, reconnect with yourself, enjoy meaningful time with your little one, and feel held in a warm group of parents who are right there in the same season.
From soothing massage to playful movements and songs you can bring into your day at home, every class is about giving you practical tools and a nurturing environment where you can settle, exhale, and feel genuinely supported.
It’s not just about what babies get from the class — it’s also about you.
So many parents tell me they leave feeling topped up, re-energised, more centred, and more connected both to themselves and to their babies. That little reset each week really does make a difference.
Classes run throughout the year in line with school terms, giving you a steady rhythm to return to.
