How we will be adapting to treating our patients during Covid 19
FAQs
Q. Will you still be treating patients?
A. Yes, but we will have to follow the guidelines issued by the government and our professional body.
Q. Are you screening patients before seeing them?
A. Yes, we will ask whether you are experiencing any Covid 19 symptoms before you visit us and again when you arrive. We will only treat you if you are symptom free.
Q. Will you be wearing protective equipment?
A. Yes, we will be wearing face masks and changing clinic coats and/or gowns between patients. We will also offer patients face masks.
Q. How are you maintaining hygiene ?
A. We will provide hand sanitiser for our patients and ourselves. We will use it before and after each treatment. We will allow 15 minutes between treatments to ventilate and disinfect all the contact surfaces in the treatment room and waiting area.
Q. Can I wait in the waiting area?
A. We will allow 15 minutes between each treatment to avoid patients coming into contact with each other. We will ask patients to arrive punctually to avoid the risk of this happening but you will be able to take a seat for a brief period.
Q. Can we contact you for more information or if we have specific concerns?
A. Yes you can call us on 07582 128662 or email us at vivos@live.co.uk.
Please note that all of these guidelines are subject to change and we will adapt to these changes to ensure our patients safety comes first.
