Today, we pause. 🕊️

Remembrance Day is a moment to slow down, breathe, and honour those who gave so much.

In the stillness, we remember... with gratitude, with compassion, and with hope for peace ❤️

Take a quiet moment today to do this gratitude practice:

1️⃣ Sit somewhere quiet and take a deep breath in, then slowly exhale.
2️⃣ Reflect on the safety, comfort, or freedom you experience today, and silently thank those who made it possible.
3️⃣ Acknowledge your blessings by naming three things (big or small) you’re grateful for right now.
4️⃣ Close your eyes and let that feeling of gratitude expand in your chest, allowing calm and appreciation to fill your day.
