About the Plan:

The 1:1 Diet is the basis of 5 flexible weight management programmes aimed at both men and women. Our Steps programmes range from 600kcal to 1500+kcal per day and are nutritionally balanced to provide you with your Recommended Daily Allowance of vitamins and minerals. They can also be used with conventional food for more gradual weight loss, or weight management and nutritional supplementation.

"I'm a busy mum of 3 and I also work. I've been on Step 3 using the Shake N Go products, they've been a game changer as I'm able to eat on the go at work! The first few days were hard but once I saw the results I was hooked."

Once you develop a weight issue it's a lifetime gig.
This is something I battled with for years! I couldn't accept that I could no longer eat the way I could when I was younger and there were no consequences and I could eat whatever I wanted and stay the same weight.

Once I fully accepted that those days were gone and started to deal with things as they were, changing my mindset & habits became easier.

Losing weight and maintaining really is about taking care of each day, taking control back and creating new/better habits.
And most importantly being honest with yourself & accepting things for how they are and finding the right ways that will allow you to get to where you want to be and stay there.

Make the right changes, take the right actions and the lifetime gig can become a walk in the park.
