So in the midst of going through cancer treatment and not being able to work I have been quietly working away in the background 🩷

Using this time as an opportunity to build, to gather myself and to realise that I am the creator and director of my own life and really… we all are 🩷 today I celebrated a win! I managed to get myself together to take part in a photoshoot with the amazing KK Snaps girls 🩷

I even allowed myself to get some images without my wig and for me this was a big thing, the second pic shows the reality of life just now 🩷

The book for reference is Dani Binnigtons ‘Navigating Menopause after Cancer’ 🩷 I have so many nuggets of wisdom from this amazing book! If you know anyone going through the same this book is a gift 🩷

Hello 💗

Firstly apologies as I have been really quiet on here of late as I’m in the midst of chemotherapy for breast cancer but…. I have 3 more sessions to go and am getting to the finish line very slowly but surely 💗

I promised to share my journey through this however it’s been a bit harder to do this than I expected but as always here to help anyone going through similar so please reach out if you need me 💗

Clinics will hopefully be back up and running as normal in the next couple of months and I want to thank all my lovely patients for their messages of support and love, I appreciate you all 💗

In the meantime I am working away in the background and have lots of exciting new treatments and services tailored to my patients needs coming very soon, watch this space 💗
