What ‘You’ can do to increase the benefits of your lymphatic drainage massage
BEFORE YOUR SESSION
• Hydrate well
• Avoid alcohol, Caffeine & heavy meals for 24 hrs
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing, do not wear underwired bras and tight pants.
AFTER YOUR SESSION
• Increase your water intake
•Support your hydration by adding electrolytes to your water
• Light movement (walking or stretching)
• Avoid intense workouts for 24 hrs
• Avoid alcohol & processed foods
• Keep wearing loose, comfortable clothing, do not wear underwired bras and tight restrictive pants
•Practice Dry body brushing
•Avoid toxic products that contain parabens, sulfates, silicones - use natural deodorants (I like )
Exercise mindfully, if it’s punishing you too hard, choose something else that supports your nervous system
All the little things will help to maintain your results and support your treatments.
