You are not broken
Sometimes you just need to reset your energy

Reiki is almost like a deep exhale for your nervous system. It’s a gentle, hands-on (or hands above) energy practice that helps your body, mind and soul move out of stress mode and back into balance. When your energy flows, everything else follows, you can feel a sense of calm, inner peace, deep relaxation, better sleep, clarity, renewed energy (sometimes energy may feel depleted, this is also ok, and simply part of the healing process)

People come to Reiki when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally heavy, anxious, sad or just disconnected from themselves. And what they often leave with is something simple but powerful: a sense of peace they forgot they needed.
I truly believe, Reiki finds you and the practitioner you’re meant to work with when the time is right 🤍

You don’t have to believe in anything special
Just come as you are, lie down, and let your body remember how to relax.

Sometimes healing isn’t about doing more.

First lymphatic drainage treatment with me, using my bespoke signature methods with manual lymphatic drainage, client felt deeply relaxed, with big shifts in the main detox areas of the body, and a release of stored stress that the body had been holding onto.
During consultation we discussed lifestyle, and ways we can help our body, specifically our lymphatic system

I can’t stress enough how much tight restrictive clothing can impact your lymphatic system.

Your lymphatic system relies on gentle movement and space in the body to circulate lymph fluid properly. When we regularly wear tight clothing or restrictive underwear, like shapewear, tight waistbands, or underwired bras — it can place constant pressure on key lymphatic pathways.

Over time this pressure may:
• Restrict lymph flow
• Contribute to fluid retention or puffiness
• Increase feelings of heaviness or congestion in the body

The lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump like the heart. It depends on movement, breathing, and unobstructed pathways to do its job of removing waste and supporting immunity.

That’s why giving your body breaks from tight clothing and choosing more supportive, non-restrictive options when possible can make a difference.

Small daily habits matter when it comes to lymphatic health. 🤍

I could feel it in my clients body
a pulsating ball vibrating around the spleen and solar plexus.

When the body holds that much stress, the nervous system is stuck in survival mode.

Using precise techniques including fascia release, lymphatic drainage, my signature methods & energy work, we gently began releasing the tension stored deep in the body.

And then… the shift happened.

Her breathing softened.
Her body dropped out of defence.
Her nervous system began to reset.

This is what happens when someone is finally given the space to feel held, safe, and supported.

The body always knows how to return to balance, it just needs the right environment to do it.

✨ The Shoulder Drop ✨

One of my favourite moments during my signature massage is seeing the tension melt away and the shoulder drop. Look at the visible space created after working one side, and lengthening of the neck

the shoulders that walked in lifted, guarded, and carrying the weight of the world… slowly melt down the back. The nervous system shifts. The breath deepens. The body feels safe again.

Using a blend of my signature modalities, I work not only on the surface tension but layering deeply into the knots and long held patterns stored in the tissues. At the same time, the techniques I use help calm the nervous system, ease stress, and release emotional tension that often settles in the shoulders.

It’s not just about “tight muscles.”
It’s about releasing what your body has been holding onto.

What ‘You’ can do to increase the benefits of your lymphatic drainage massage

BEFORE YOUR SESSION
• Hydrate well
• Avoid alcohol, Caffeine & heavy meals for 24 hrs
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing, do not wear underwired bras and tight pants.

AFTER YOUR SESSION
• Increase your water intake
•Support your hydration by adding electrolytes to your water
• Light movement (walking or stretching)
• Avoid intense workouts for 24 hrs
• Avoid alcohol & processed foods
• Keep wearing loose, comfortable clothing, do not wear underwired bras and tight restrictive pants
•Practice Dry body brushing
•Avoid toxic products that contain parabens, sulfates, silicones - use natural deodorants (I like )
Exercise mindfully, if it’s punishing you too hard, choose something else that supports your nervous system

All the little things will help to maintain your results and support your treatments.
Listen to your body & give it time to reset, rest & digest, and most of all- Enjoy! I work holistically throughout each treatment, tuning into individual needs and requirements, offering you a therapeutic, deeply relaxing treatment

As this year comes to an end, reflection looks different for everyone.
For some, it was full of joy and wins.
For others, a mix of beauty and heartbreak.
And for some, it may have been really tough

Whatever your year held, give yourself permission to reflect gently. ( I love to Scroll through my camera roll. Reminding me of all the love, good times and happy moments)

Let yourself feel gratitude for what was good, love for who walked alongside you, and compassion for the parts of the year that felt heavy.

Reflection isn’t about judging how the year should have been — it’s about honouring how you moved through it and feeling the love and appreciation for everything that is good
