You are not broken
Sometimes you just need to reset your energy
Reiki is almost like a deep exhale for your nervous system. It’s a gentle, hands-on (or hands above) energy practice that helps your body, mind and soul move out of stress mode and back into balance. When your energy flows, everything else follows, you can feel a sense of calm, inner peace, deep relaxation, better sleep, clarity, renewed energy (sometimes energy may feel depleted, this is also ok, and simply part of the healing process)
People come to Reiki when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally heavy, anxious, sad or just disconnected from themselves. And what they often leave with is something simple but powerful: a sense of peace they forgot they needed.
I truly believe, Reiki finds you and the practitioner you’re meant to work with when the time is right 🤍
You don’t have to believe in anything special
Just come as you are, lie down, and let your body remember how to relax.
Sometimes healing isn’t about doing more.
It’s about receiving.
