Intimacy in the relationship goes beyond s*x and physical contact. It’s about connection, creativity, and vulnerability. It’s about shared projects, views and dreams; creating a space in which one can be known and seen.

They say that alcohol kills the desire, reduces s*x drive and numbs sensations. Having said that many of us tent to think that it’s the alcohol that works like aphrodisiac. We drink and feels s*xy, attractive, less inhibited, fun. As much as it may be true, the former also has it merit: long term or excessive use of alcohol can have negative impact on s*xual life. We become less conscious of here and now, sensations are numb, performance often suffers and the hangover... 🤢
Don’t get me wrong! I’m of a view that everything is for people: enjoy while you can. But be aware. Plan. Think. And really enjoy, don’t kill the joy. Have sober s*x from time to time. Pay attention to how you tend to use alcohol -is it lubricant or anastatic?

Stay strong, keep your head high, take a deep breath and remember: YOU CAN DO IT! More often than not the only way out is to go through it. To process, not to escape, to keep surviving not to give up. It won’t be easy, but it’s worth it.

It’s not always easy, but it’s the only way. Stand up, take a deep breath and fight those fears, doubts, anxieties. Release the anger and helplessness. Feel the strength. Sending my love to all the fighters out there ❤️

There is a lot of talk recently about body positivity and the meaning behind it. Body positivity is a social movement promoting the acceptance of all bodies, regardless of size, shape, skin tone, gender, and physical abilities, etc. Its intention is to challenge current beauty standards as an undesirable social construct. However, there’s been recently some criticism of the movement, and some of its biggest advocates have been accused of encouraging lifestyle habits that negatively affect one's health. I would appreciate your thoughts on the topic. Share in comments below or DM me your pov.

Holidays season is an opportunity for adventures: going to new places, visiting another country, meeting new people. Regardless your plans this holiday season, commit to discover something new. Take a detour on your commute to work, visit new restaurant, try new activity. Routine is safe, but can kill our desire, hijacks our attention, activates auto pilot mode, takes us away from the moment. Pay attention and (re)discover something new.

If I have one rule in life (and in bed!) is to treat others the way I want to be treated by them. It’s simple, but we frequently forget this rule. We lash out, judge, gossip, etc. and expect people to forgive, repair and love us. Why is it so difficult at times to commit to kindness? It’s possible that we:
-feel misunderstood
-have been hurt in the past
-fear vulnerability
-feel rejected
-suffered trauma
There may be more and less complicated reasons as to why we can get grumpy, nasty, moody, angry. Some of past pain is beyond our control. However, we do have a power to change how we live today, to choose how we treat others, to live better lives. With kindness is very simple: the more you put in, the more you’ll get out.
