Harley St Psychotherapy are excited to offer a series of mental health and self development retreats situated on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast, with our launch retreat starting on the 23rd of September. The retreat has been developed off the back of the pandemic which has left may of us reassessing our lives, and will be ru by our two lead Psychotherapists Amanda Goss MA MBACP and Sharon Wilkinson MA MBACP, who between them have over 20 years experience working in the mental health industry.

The retreat will tackle topics such as: “Whats holding you back?”, “Taking control of your life and learning how to say NO”, “Descovering you limiting beliefs” and “The inner critic”. Taking place on the stunning Norfolk coast line, you can expect therapeutic beach walks, guided group discussion, one to one counselling with one of our experts, food and accommodation The Lodge Hotel.
