Vinita has been practicing yoga in one form or another most of her adult life; though yoga has always been entwined in her life. Blessed to be born into a spiritual Brahmin family, the philosophy of yoga was very much a part of her life. Working long and stressful hours in the music industry Vinita found that yoga was the perfect prescription, to help ground her, reduce stress and overcome insomnia. Vinita regularly travels to Rishikesh at the foot of the Himalayas in India (where you can also find 'The Beatles' Ashram)
Vinita has over 1000 hours in yoga training including: Hatha, Advanced Yoga, Yin and Aerial, Rocket Yoga, Ashtanga, Transformative Yoga Nidra, Yoga Nidra dream analysis and Traditional Yoga Nidra. Vinita has also completed an intensive 100 hour meditation course including various meditation techniques, mantra chanting and pranayama. Additional training includes:
