Mindfulness teaches us that the past is just that, the past and should be left there. The future is unknown but holds promises, never stop believing in it's many magical opportunities. But the real secret is to give this moment, wherever you are 100%. Being truly present can be powerfully life changing.

I am often asked about the position or posture that people need to be in for meditation. For me it is actually not that important.

What is more important is for people to connect to meditation, the habit and letting it fit into their daily life. Obviously there are traditional meditation practices with set rules and that's cool. I am more trying to bring meditation into our daily life's as something that can be done anywhere, anytime and anyhow.

I have started to create a " I am interested to book " waiting lists for new clients in 2026. As everyone know, I can only see so many clients at a time so spaces become limited for " The Brain Edit " program.

Will open my bookings for new clients around week 2 of January 2026. If you interested to go on the waiting list please DM or email me your name and contact details. You will be the first to be notified when I start excepting new clients.

In this special time of the year, where we gift presents to the people around us, you could also gift yourself something life changing like inner calm. Calmness is a powerful foundation on which you learn to can handle life so much better.

Clients often come see me to become less stressed or anxious. My response is always the same - " Don't focus on what you don't want, focus on what you do want ". Let's work on becoming calm. The calmer you are, the less stress and anxiety is a problem.

A Mindful morning ritual is very powerful.

The way you start your day, often indicates how you will end your day.

Create a moment in the morning to set yourself up for an intentional great day -

🏅 Do a morning Mindful Breath meditation .

🏅 Have a warm cup up your favourite drink.

🏅 If possible get some sun exposure. It is a natural physiological wake-up call for the body

Also

🚫 Avoid social media and electronic devices for at least 10 to 30 minutes on waking.

A Mindful Moment doesn't always have to be a formal meditation. There are so many different ways to connect to the present moment.

We have unfortunately disconnected to our natural ability to become Mindful because of our lifestyles and relationship with things like social media. Never have we been more connected through technology but disconnected to our present moment reality. Time to re-balance things !

Sometimes you should take a moment and connect with nature to experience peace. See nature's beauty, notice it's stillness and sense it's perfection.

Focusing on something outside of your own daily life, appreciating what you observe and taking a moment to connect to the now through nature can be very healing.

A question I get asked often. It is basically a form of exercise for the Brain, which is like a muscle. Through repetitive training ( meditation) , the way your brain operates actually changes.
