Hypnotherapy can help you change the way you think, feel and behave enabling you to alter the way you live your life for the better. Having experienced hypnotherapy myself, I know the positive impact it can have on someone's life. It was this that inspired me to train as a hypnotherapist and enables me to help others feel the benefits. I like to provide a relaxed and safe place for my clients to achieve their full potential, using therapy techniques tailored to their specific needs. We all need help from time to time in regaining control over our lives, hypnotherapy can help you do this by helping to change the way you think, feel and behave and therefore take back control. I believe we all have the resources within us needed to live a happy and fulfilling life and hypnotherapy can help us access these resources. All you need is to be motivated and willing to make positive changes to your life. I am not a magic wand but together we can develop those inner resources; therefore overcoming the issues and challenges you are facing. Previous to becoming a hypnotherapist I worked in my local primary school for eighteen years. During this time I worked with hundreds of children helping them to learn new things and make positive changes in their lives. These skills are so easily transferred to hypnotherapy which also helps people to learn new ways of thinking, making positive changes to their lives. In 2018, I obtained my Certificate in Clinical Hypnosis and qualifies as a Relaxation and Stress Management Practitioner, having trained with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis. I obtained my Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy in July 2019. Both the certificate and diploma courses have enabled me to work at a practical level from the onset, enabling lots of experience to be gained. I am registered with the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis and the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council and adhere to their code of conduct, work to the highest ethical standards and have professional insurance.

A new year often brings talk of big goals, fresh starts, and becoming a “new you.”

And while setting intentions can be exciting, it’s just as important to remember this:
💛 There’s no right way to begin the year. No pressure. No deadlines.

If you’re feeling motivated and ready to work towards bigger goals, hypnotherapy can be a powerful support.
It can help with things like: • building confidence and self-belief
• breaking unhelpful habits
• reducing anxiety or stress
• improving motivation and focus
• creating healthier patterns around food, sleep, or mindset

Christmas can be lovely… but it can also feel tiring, overwhelming, emotional, or just a lot. If you’re finding this time of year hard, please know you’re not alone 🤍

A few gentle reminders to help get through the festive period:

🌟 You don’t have to do everything or make it perfect
🌟 Take things one day at a time — that’s more than enough
🌟 Keeping a bit of routine can really help when everything feels different
🌟 It’s okay to step away, take a breather, or leave early
🌟 Whatever you’re feeling is valid — there’s no “right” way to feel at Christmas
