For example:

Re**us abdominis = “straight muscle of the abdomen”

Gluteus maximus = “largest muscle of the buttocks”

I don't generally post photos of my children on social media, but this photo of us I genuinely just loved! 🥰 My girls are my reason why I wanted to better myself, not only to provide them with a better life but also to show them that they can achieve anything in life, at any stage of life. However, if they could both just stop growing before they overtake me! 😂
