I really should stop overthinking this social media stuff 🤣

At the beginning of the year, I thought to myself... I'm going to make a plan, create structure and get on top of my socials...

Less than a week after, I'm sat in urgent care with a sore back, neck and shoulder after a car accident where someone drove into the back of us.

January has been messy, there's a lot to sort after accidents like that and there's various other things going on in other areas of life that just meant all these "beautiful" posts were going to have to wait... again.

I was going to sit down and look at it all again this week, and I realised I didn't want to 🤣 and I know... as a business owner, I am not meant to say that.

But, yoga, spirituality, all this stuff IS messy. It's not aesthetically pleasing yoga practices. It's not beautifully laid out spells and altars...

It's getting on a mat with oil in my hair before I wash it out in the shower, it's meditating on the sofa with a hot water bottle held tight... because I like the comfort. It's setting intentions in bed because I don't wanna get up yet.

Plus, I realised that the more I try and make things look the part... look pretty... the less I actually do them.

That's not to say I don't go all out some days, but those days are few and far between.

So, from now on, let's get real. Live in the messy...

I'm not creating a plan... or an aesthetic. I'm sharing real life, real practices and real magic, from under my cosy blankets with a cuppa.

It's definitely winter...

So glad to be back teaching all my regular classes this week as I've loved taking a bit of time off, but I have missed a little bit of routine.

Speaking of which, you guys know I don't set New Years Resolutions (that's what spring is for) but... we are under Capricorn influence right now

Capricorn is the Queen of structure. So I've been busy the last few days structuring my days, my workloads and my general availability. I've also been busy creating fun and scrapbook style journals for the year ahead.

How are you using the energy of Capricorn season and the New Year?

And no. I'm not taking the hat off 🤣

For 2026, I've decided to start creating more. So for my moon & manifesting journal I've made my first spread.

It's all very basic right now while I get all my craft supplies organised and sorted, but I'm pretty pleased with how the first spread has turned out!

Hey! My name is Emma and I am a yoga teacher, holistic therapist, geek, adrenaline ju**ie and spiritual addict!!

I always felt from a very young age that there was more, more than just what we can see with our eyes. I had a tough childhood, being bullied throughout most of my school years, which then manifested again in relationships. I learnt how to break free of these patterns, hush the inner critic that said I didn't deserve more and I began to fall in love with myself again.

Now I'm all grown up.... I am passionate about helping people to fall in love with themselves too!

I want you to love yourself body, mind and soul.

Have you heard the phrase... Yoga is for everyBODY? Yes! Yoga is for everybody, but not every pose is for everybody.

Just like our birth chart is completely individual to us, mapping out the exact position of the stars at the moment we are born.... our skeleton and structure is also just as individual, just as unique. I want to empower you to find the movement in your body that makes it feel good! I want you to love your body exactly the way it is now.

I combine my passion for yoga, astrology & lunar magic with a specially selected range of holistic therapies to bring a sprinkle of magic into your life. Most of all, I create relaxed and light-hearted atmospheres in all that I do because life isn't meant to be that serious!

Oh, and in my spare time I love to hand make, craft and curate special goodies to help support you on your journey.
