I found a cute little basket to hold all my wax melts and candles, I try to have these available during all my classes... but on the occasion I forget to pick them up on my way out the house...

I'm excited to announce I'll be running the next beginners yoga course starting on

Tuesday 14th April 2026
7.15pm
Wedges Mills Village Hall

The course runs for 6 weeks, Tuesday evenings at 7.15pm and covers all the basics and foundations of yoga that you need to start your own practice and yoga journey.

Hey! My name is Emma and I am a yoga teacher, holistic therapist, geek, adrenaline ju**ie and spiritual addict!!

I always felt from a very young age that there was more, more than just what we can see with our eyes.​ I had a tough childhood, being bullied throughout most of my school years, which then manifested again in relationships. I learnt how to break free of these patterns, hush the inner critic that said I didn't deserve more and I began to fall in love with myself again.

Now I'm all grown up.... I am passionate about helping people to fall in love with themselves too!
