I’m so excited for our Winter Retreat Day this Saturday 🤍 A full day of slowing down, restoring, and honouring the quieter energy of winter. These retreat days always feel deeply nourishing, a chance to step out of the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in a more intentional way.

I’m also really looking forward to guiding Calm & Clarity – Extended Seasonal Yoga Practice on 1st February 2026. This workshop is inspired by the seasonal shift into Imbolc and is designed to support fresh beginnings through rest, movement, and breath. The session will begin with a gentle meditation, followed by a slow, supportive yoga practice, and will close with a long, cosy relaxation, offering space for calm, clarity, and deep rest.

Alongside my yoga offerings, my Imbolc cleansing wax melts are available both in person and online ✨ Created to support gentle cleansing and renewal, they’re perfect for refreshing your space and marking the seasonal transition as the light slowly begins to return. A beautiful way to bring a little Imbolc magic into your home.

Hey! My name is Emma and I am a yoga teacher, holistic therapist, geek, adrenaline ju**ie and spiritual addict!!

I always felt from a very young age that there was more, more than just what we can see with our eyes.​ I had a tough childhood, being bullied throughout most of my school years, which then manifested again in relationships. I learnt how to break free of these patterns, hush the inner critic that said I didn't deserve more and I began to fall in love with myself again.

Now I'm all grown up.... I am passionate about helping people to fall in love with themselves too!
