Open 9am–2:30pm for general play before a private party takes over the café at 3pm.

✨ Sunday:
SEN Session: 9:15–11:45am
General Play: 12–3pm

We’re bringing something a little different to Kids Rule Play Café — an evening just for the grown-ups!

Join us for a relaxed and creative night of jewellery making with Nicola from Sylvan Creative Club. You’ll handcraft your very own Sweetie Bead Necklace using recycled silver and a stunning mix of ethically sourced glass, ceramic, pearl, semi-precious and shell beads — and take it home in a beautiful fabric gift bag.

Sometimes you have to press pause before you completely run out of steam 💛

After a very full-on few months, I’ve decided to take a little breather next week, so Kids Rule will be closed Monday 24th – Friday 28th November.

We’re NOT disappearing completely though:

✨ Thursday – Games Night is still on
Hayley and Ella will be opening up for this as normal 🎲

✨ Friday – Adults Rule Too
Our first ever adults-only session – jewellery making, a natter and a chance to do something for you 💍✨

We’re also heading down to the What’s On 4 Kids Awards as FINALISTS, Thursday 🥹🎉 I honestly don’t expect to win, but being a finalist is massive for our little play café and I’m so proud we’ve even made it this far. We’ll keep you updated on the night!

Thank you for sticking with us, for supporting a small, family-run business and for understanding why I need this little reset. I’ll be back the following week, ready for Christmas chaos and lots more fun things we’ve got planned… including more Adults Rule Too sessions 👀✨

💛 The Secret of Every Move – Monday Mornings at Kids Rule Play Café 💛

We’re so excited to host Very Special Children – Secrets of Movement every Monday, because the progress little ones make in these sessions is honestly incredible.

These sessions help you understand how movement shapes your child’s development — from how the brain learns, to why children cry, to what might be holding them back. You’ll come away with real tools and strategies you can use at home, and the confidence to support your child’s progress.

Whether your child needs a bit of extra help or you simply want to understand their development better, this group is amazing. And the best part? We all learn together.
