We’re looking for a friendly, reliable receptionist to join our team at our Cannock clinic on Saturdays.

This role has become available due to a change in circumstances with our current receptionist, so we’re looking for someone who can step in and become a consistent part of our small, supportive team.

It’s a varied role involving patient interaction, organisation, and helping keep the clinic running smoothly - ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a calm, professional environment.

📢 Important Clinic Update - Please Read

Due to ongoing staff shortages, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to reduce a significant amount of our Burntwood availability, along with some appointments in Cannock.

We understand how important your appointments are and we want to reassure you that we are working as quickly and carefully as possible to rearrange those affected. Our team will be in touch directly if your appointment needs to be changed - please bear with us whilst we contact everyone.

At this time, we also need to temporarily pause taking on new patients at both Burntwood and Cannock, likely until May (subject to change). We’re very sorry for any disappointment this may cause.

This decision hasn’t been made lightly, and it’s been done to ensure we can continue to provide safe, high-quality care to all of our existing patients.

We’re hiring - Podiatrist (Full-time or Part-time) | April 2026

Chase Podiatry is a long-established, family-run practice serving the Cannock and Burntwood communities. We offer a wide range of advanced treatments, including:

• Minor surgical procedures
• Biomechanical assessment and bespoke 3D-printed orthoses
• Ultrasound-guided steroid injections
• Fascial manipulation and shockwave therapy
• Prescribing support
• Access to consultant podiatric surgery services

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable HCPC-registered podiatrist to join our friendly and supportive team from April 2026, on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Experienced and newly qualified clinicians are both very welcome to apply.

We offer a competitive employed salary (around £40,000 full-time equivalent) plus bonus opportunities.

📢 Clinic Update - Please Read 📢

Please note that Chase Podiatry will be closed tomorrow for staff training. If you need to get in touch with us, please leave a voicemail and a member of the team will respond as soon as possible.

We’d also like to make patients aware of an upcoming road closure that may affect travel to the clinic. From Monday 12th January, the A5190 Lichfield Road (between Miller & Carter and the Tip Island) will be closed for approximately 10 days. Please allow extra time for your journey and plan alternative routes where possible.

❄️ Clinic Closure – Today❄️

Due to the snow, both our Cannock and Burntwood clinics will be closed today. Unfortunately, our staff are unable to travel safely and we know that many of our patients would also struggle to get in.

We’re really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Our team will be ringing patients throughout the morning to confirm appointments and arrange alternative dates where needed.

This decision has been made purely in the interest of everyone’s safety. Thank you so much for your understanding, and we appreciate your patience.

Chase Podiatry is looking for a friendly and reliable Saturday Receptionist to join our team.

🕘 Hours: Saturdays, 9:00am – 4:30pm
💷 Pay: National Living Wage
📍 Location: Chase Podiatry, Cannock
📅 Need to be available for occasional cover

The role includes:

Welcoming and assisting patients

Managing appointments

Answering telephone enquiries

Taking payments

Sterilising medical instruments

General cleaning duties

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, personable, and comfortable working in a healthcare setting.

🔹 Chase Podiatry Update: Dr Mark Price Speaking at Foot and Ankle Show 2026 🔹

We’re proud to share that our Consultant Podiatric Surgeon, Dr Mark Price, has been invited to speak at the Foot and Ankle Show in Liverpool on 3rd–4th March 2026 - a key event for foot and ankle professionals across the UK and beyond.

Dr Price will be presenting on:

- A Masterclass on Plantar Heel Pain

- The mechanical response of the plantar fascia to changes in rearfoot position

- A method for weight-bearing assessment of plantar fascial thickness and stiffness

These topics reflect ongoing challenges in clinical practice and the latest approaches to diagnosis and management, particularly in cases of persistent heel pain.

These sessions are a great opportunity for fellow professionals to engage with the latest thinking - and it’s always good to see Dr Price sharing his experience with the wider community.
