Happy New Year to you all ✨

As we welcome in a new year, we just want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to every one of our clients and students, both those who have been with us for years and those who joined us more recently. Your support, trust and enthusiasm mean more to us than we can say.

The past year has been such a special one. It’s been amazing to see so much interest in our reiki courses, and we’ve absolutely loved launching our new Crystal healing practitioner course and sharing that journey with you. Watching our students grow in confidence and knowledge is always the best part of what we do.

We’re also very excited about what’s ahead. Looking towards 2026, we’ll be welcoming a brand new Indian Head Massage course, and we can’t wait to share more with you soon.

So much of our suffering doesn’t come from life itself, but from our resistance to it. We want the rain to stop, the traffic to vanish, the people around us to change — but the truth is, life will unfold exactly as it does, whether we like it or not.

The rain will fall whether you complain or not.
Traffic will exist whether you stress or not.
People will act how they want whether you worry or not.

Every time you resist what you cannot control, you give away your peace. But the moment you learn to let go, to breathe, and to accept — life feels lighter. You begin to see that peace isn’t about controlling circumstances, it’s about controlling your response.

🌸 Focus on what you can change: your attitude, your actions, your mindset.
🌸 Let go of what you can’t: the weather, the past, the choices of others.

This is not about giving up. It’s about living with wisdom. It’s about saving your energy for the things that matter.
