Happy International Women’s Day! 💜

Today is about celebrating women, supporting each other, and recognising the strength that comes from coming together.

To mark the day, we’ll be getting together to take a break from the chaos and spend some time focusing on peace. Sacred Soul Echoes has kindly given us the opportunity to host a sound bath, and we’re really grateful to be able to share that experience together.

We’re proud to be part of such a supportive network of women.

To those of you coming to our fundraising sound bath tomorrow, we cannot wait to see you 👯‍♀️🖤

Hysteria is so much more than another women’s wellbeing group. We have said it before and we will say it again -Hysteria exists to support and empower women, to build a village of friendship, and to do so in a way that is affordable and accessible to all.

We created this space because we recognised a gap in the community for women who may have work commitments, caring responsibilities, financial barriers, or simply feel unable to access more traditional support options. Hysteria is about removing those barriers and creating something different - a movement where women can show up exactly as they are and feel accepted, supported and valued.

Our ambassadors are passionate about cultivating a space devoted to the health and wellbeing of the powerful women in our community. Everything we do is completely voluntary, because we truly believe that women deserve access to support, connection and care without it being out of reach.

Within our ambassador team we have a variety of professional backgrounds -from clinical and social practitioners to fitness and wellbeing professionals. This means we are able to offer early support, guidance and signposting if needed, helping women access the right help at the right time. This is what makes Hysteria so unique from other social groups.

By joining us for our events, you are not building a business -you are helping build a village. A place for women who may feel burnt out, isolated, overwhelmed, or who simply haven’t done something for themselves in a very long time. A place to connect, recharge and feel part of something positive, without pressure or huge commitments.

Because sometimes what women need most is simply a space where they can belong.

If you are joining us tomorrow please bring with you a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and a drink to make the experience as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

Join us on 8th March for a deeply restorative Sound Bath in support of our non-profit women’s wellbeing group, Hysteria Women’s Wellbeing 💕

We are not a business. We are a voluntary community creating accessible support so women can find their village without the high price tag.

Your £12+ donation doesn’t grow a company, it directly supports other women and helps us continue building a community of women supporting women.

This is your chance to: reset your nervous system, connect with like-minded women, support a beautiful cause 👯‍♀️

To mark International Women’s Day, we’re hosting a Sound bath in collaboration with Sacred Soul Echoes, who has kindly offered to hold this space in support of women’s wellbeing and the work we’re doing at Hysteria 🖤

It’ll be an hour to slow down, rest, and just be — together.
