We’re so excited to be hosting our upcoming Women’s Wellbeing Talk at Topline Studio, Stafford 👩🏻‍⚕️🤍

This will be a safe, supportive space where all women are welcome to come together, share, listen, and feel heard. The topic has been chosen based on our WhatsApp poll, so it’s truly shaped by what matters most to you 🤍

What to expect:
– An interactive wellbeing & education talk
– Breakout discussions to connect and share
– A calming meditation to close

Whether you want to open up, learn something new, or simply sit in a cosy and supportive environment, this space is for you.

Snowdon Summit: The Big Day is Set.

This is a one-day adventure to keep it simple and accessible for everyone, led by our inspiring fitness lead, Mae.

The Plan:
* Date: Saturday, May 2nd
* Meet Time: 8:30 AM (Sharp!)
* The Route: We’re taking the Ranger's Path. It’s the oldest and one of the quietest routes up. It offers stunning views and a steady climb, avoiding the huge crowds!

Send us a message if you want the meeting location details and to register your interest, we already have a beautiful group of women joining us and we’re happy to welcome you along 🤍
