Myles and I running though our kids yoga class together, I say our because my children (Myles 6 and Reuben 4) influence each and every class I write. It’s as much their class as it is mine 💜 Having these amazing boys to share ideas and have yoga fun with is a joy beyond words. Thank you Myles and Reuben 🙏✨

✨Friday Fun Day✨

A good friend of mine recently shared with me that her weekend starts Monday and ends Sunday! She is so wild 😉… she did also add several🍷 emoji’s and I should mention that she has three (adorable) small children!

BUT… it got me thinking, imagine if I could channel more of that fun ‘Friday Feeling’ energy into the start of the week… 🤔🙃🙏🍷💃

Moving… sometimes I find that I can get so into my head and moving (for me yoga, a walk, run, spin or swim) gives me a gentle and compassionate reminder to let go…

Todays thought… move your body (even if it’s just for a few minutes) and be kind and compassionate to yourself 💕

J O Y ✨

Many of my friends and family know that I often copy my children’s actions! Haha, I do know that I may sound crazy… or maybe I’m super fun 🤔😂

Have you tried skipping around lately instead of walking… maybe not out and about when your child free, although if your game I say do it! Try it around the house, it’s fun! A real mood booster!
