After the success of my last Spilates Day at TOR Spa Retreat in Canterbury I decided why not get one booked for 2026!

If you would like to join me the date is Sunday the 8th of February.

The day will start with a Pilates class with me. ❤️

You will receive a robe, slippers and towel to go off and enjoy the spa facilities. ❤️

We will all have a lovely lunch together. ❤️

During the afternoon you can continue relaxing looking out at the beautiful surroundings or lazing in the warm pool. ❤️

You could book yourself a lovely massage during the day too. ❤️

The day will end with a stretch and relax class with me followed by a light supper. ❤️

Places are limited so book as soon as you can.

The cost is £130, a non refundable deposit of £50 is to be paid to secure your booking and the balance to be paid by the 19th of December.

As the year draws to a close, join Sarah and Nikki for an afternoon designed to help you pause, reset, and return home to yourself.

Through a mindful blend of gentle Vinyasa flow, kettlebells and bodyweight movement, Yin yoga, journaling, meditation, and a deeply restorative sound bath, we’ll explore both strength and stillness — the balance of doing and being.

This is a space for women who give much to others but struggle to carve out time for themselves.
For those who feel caught in cycles of self-sabotage or disconnection and long to move through life with more consciousness, compassion, and calm.
