I am a registered Osteopath situated in Deal, Kent. I have structural, functional and cranial experience with a special interest in treating maternity patients, newborns, and children.

For Babies and Children: Osteopathic treatment using the cranial approach is very gentle, safe and effective, even those born prematurely. It is suitable for any age.

For Pregnancy: Osteopathy is a gentle manual therapy suitable for mothers, during and after pregnancy.

I offer a safe and non-invasive specialist treatment for many pregnancy-related conditions. Most common pregnancy pains are backache & ‘sciatica’, pelvic pain and SPD (pubic/groin pain). Osteopaths are well trained to recognize contra-indications & treatment should be suitable for any healthy & stable pregnancy.

Pre-conception: Osteopathy can help with posture, spinal & pelvic mobility and is useful if you have pre-existing injuries/spinal problems.

During pregnancy: Osteopathy can treat a range of musculoskeletal conditions. It can also help your body prepare by correcting pelvic position & flexibility & promoting pelvic floor integrity.

Postnatal: After birth, you may be prone to strains & sprains. Breastfeeding & carrying a baby also add strain on the body.

Kinesiology taping for pregnancy: Drug free, safe alternative which can help relieve many pregancy symptoms including bck pain, swollen feet, sciatica, carpal tunnel and other aches and pains.
