Rolling Like a Ball - I love the sense of this exercise massaging my spine and at the same time improving my core control. And it feels like fun.

Teaching superpower:
Tactile cueing. Sometimes it’s the smallest, lightest touch which delivers the greatest return when correcting technique or encouraging better form.

Anything upside down — if I can hang off a piece of Pilates equipment or a barre, I’m in my happy place.

My PGCE in Lifelong Learning. Every session is shaped by how adults learn best, alongside clear, effective movement instructions. I love guiding clients towards those quiet but powerful “aha” moments.
