Treating repetitive strain injuries such as & writerscramp is not easy! (Definitely one I dislike having done the least 😂)

It involves treating every area of the forearms, the , the bicep & sometimes the tricep!

Not for the faint hearted but .drake.50596 as always took it like an absolute boss!

Whether it's manual work, typing, texting, doom scrolling, typing etc... it seems these days it's impossible to avoid!

🤣 sorry I had to put this at the start 🤣 the only person who found the easy area tough but took it like an absolute champ on IT bands 😂.

Great session here with Sam, time flew as despite meeting for the first time it was like we had known each other for years!

Sam has and suffers in the hips & legs which can trigger the lower back. That said his attitude towards life and recovery, id never have known unless he told me.

My job is to get you pain free so you are able to rest & move freely without pain so you can continue doing the things you love.

7 years of consistent lower back pain & bulging discs! A must see before & after reaction to being pain free!

Great session today with at but also does some incredible work at & (please go give a follow & your support to his great causes 🙏🏻).

Kai gets a lot of spasms in the lower back, particularly on the right hand side which was plaguing him doing sports, making hyrox difficult and due to the nature of his work, it was making it more difficult than it needed to be!

I always focus on every foundation that contributes to lower back issues, in this case we focused on the quads & hip flexors to help with a pelvic tilt, the hamstrings are they were mega tight and also the IT bands which were even tighter! Doing this in addition to the lower back means the foundations the back sits on are in better condition, meaning less pressure is placed on the lower back!

Aka treating the cause of the issues, not just the symptom 💪🏻

Some of my latest reviews! Absolutely brilliant results with a variety of different issues from frozen shoulder, to neck/shoulder tenson with headaches, lowerback pain & sciatica... What do they all have in common? 1 treatment was enough and no need to book slots of appointments, just if and when you need to!

If you only need to see me once (which is common) then as much as I enjoy seeing you all and have made some great friends, then im happy not to see you again 😂❤️.

The key is to get you moving pain free and to help you then help yourself.

There is nothing worse than going to a physio who doesn't touch you, gives you exercises you can't do without pain and crushing your hopes having waited months for an appointment, scan, injections or even surgery which hasn't worked or been the answer!

🚨 WARNING! MAY CAUSE INSANE MUSCLE PUMP 💪🏻

ROUND 2 with from but this time for upperbody!

We did this to treat tensions in the traps & neck causing tension and headaches. We also went to work breaking down knots behind the shoulder blades! (To great success!).

However something I probably don't speak about enough is how this benefits both looks and performance in the muscles!

Tim's motorbike accident resulted in him being spat off landing on my head, shoulder, elbow, knee and crushed his foot!

The recovery has been a long and extensive one and suffering with rheumatoid arthritis doesn't help the pain!

Unfortunately his shoulder & neck had flared up massively and after weeks of trying everything, he's been unable to even sleep due to the pain, even with medication.

We worked hard on the neck, traps, shoulder, arms etc in an improvised treatment as he was unable to shake my hand let alone move into the typical positions.

Check out the range before treatment Vs 24hrs later! Absolutely night and day.

FEEL LIKE YOUVE BEEN SHOT IN THE LOWERBACK!?

Often back pain is the symptom rather than the cause even if there is disc damage!

Notice how the right shoulder looks lower, the right hip looks higher and the muscle is way thicker (and was much harder to touch) on the right. It was in spasm and had been for a long time!

It hurt bending down, felt weak when bent over at 45 degree angle or any sort of twisting motion was causing instant pain. Making work extremely difficult and making rest nearly impossible.

I worked on the back to relieve the pain and spasm but knew I needed to treat the areas causing the lateral pelvic tilt, I didn't then he would have remained vulnerable despite initially feeling better.

The key was to get the hips in better alignment by treating the legs, hips and the dreaded IT bands!

You'll see at the end the shoulders look much more aligned which is a brilliant sign and his feedback since he's been brilliant.

So if you want to not just treat the symptom of your pain, but address the cause, message me for a consultation, assessment and appointment for much longer lasting relief.

Been such an amazing last few weeks. Check out these reviews which give an insight into what I do and how I approach things.

A real mixture of injuries from neck pain / tension+ calves, hip flexors and lowerback due to an anterior pelvic tilt as well as back spasms caused by a lateral pelvic tilt.

Everybody is different, everybody gets a full assessment before & after treatment as well advice and resources on how you can continue to not just feel the results but make them even better!

Back pain is the symptom, the cause is likely your pelvis & hips! WATCH UNTIL THE END FOR HIS BRILLIANT REACTION!

who runs (aweosme barbers and highly recommended!) has tried absolutely everything and his conditioning despite the pain is fantastic, suffering from lowerback pain, we did a full assessment and if you look carefully, like most of us, myself included, has a tilt in the pelvis.

Treating the back itself will help with pain relief, however in order to make it lasting and impactful, it's important to see what's causing the tilt.

I noticed his hip flexors were very tight which is often caused by the quads, this puts a lot of pressure on the lower back, especially when bending forward, sleeping incorrectly or being on your feet all day like he is.

We worked on his back, hip flexors, IT bands, quad and the hamstring, this way we don't just treat the symptom but the cause!

Great to see my mate .drake.50596 for another treatment!

Usually we work on his lower body to deal general tightness, aches and pains once every 2/3 months but this time we went all upper body focusing on the neck, traps, full back, biceps, triceps and most notable the rotator cuff muscles. As expected with the nature of his work, the rotator cuffs were where the fascia was in most need of relief.

You can see in the close up of his rotator cuff how much darker the redding is, indicating it was due! Great results and managed to get lots done as Rob barely even flinches 🤣.

Next up will be his forearms!!!
