I’m Sarah — a trauma-informed Somatic Embodiment Practitioner, NLP/Hypnotherapy Coach, and long-time guide in the healing arts. For over 21 years, I’ve taught yoga and meditation as part of a holistic path to wellbeing — and my work has evolved to meet the deeper layers of what we carry. Today, I help you move from stress and overwhelm into a grounded sense of calm, clarity, and connection — using somatic tools, nervous system healing, and subconscious rewiring that gently shift things at the root. I also offer Shamanic healing, host Ecstatic Dance sessions where movement becomes medicine, and run small Reiki workshops to support your self-healing journey.
