I offer healing Reflexology and Reiki Treatments that last approx 40 mins each and am a mobile therapist. I work within the Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay areas. I also offer Reiki Distance Healing. I am an Usui Reiki Master-Teacher and run Reiki Degree Level 1+2 Workshops throughout the year. My aim is to help people that suffer discomfort or are in physical or emotional pain and to make their everyday living more manageable with their ailments and general wellbeing.

My April intention: 🌱☀️ To move gently but consistently toward what feels nourishing, letting small daily actions root me into myself.

The time has come that due to the cost of living and the current carnage that is our economy I will be increasing my treatment prices from Monday 1st June 2026.

My new prices will be:
- £45 Reflexology lasting 50 minutes.
- £75 AromaReflex lasting 75 minutes.
- £40 Reiki lasting 40 minutes.
- £35 Distance Reiki lasting 40 minutes.

Combination Treatment Reiki and Reflexology £80 lasting 90 minutes.

This isn’t a decision I’ve taken lightly. I know how much the current economy is challenging and affecting so many of us. I’ve held my prices the same for just over three years, but during that time the cost of running a small healing business has continued to rise so now a price adjustment is needed.

I completely understand that this may feel like an extra stretch, so I’m very happy to offer weekly or monthly payment plans for those that have several treatments each month to help spread the cost in a way that feels manageable - please just drop me a message and we can arrange this.

Please do get in touch if you have any questions or worries and as always I will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have thought and fought long and hard with myself over this decision, but after seeking advice I realise it's a must. Thank you as always for your understanding and for continuing to trust me with your wellbeing, it truly means a lot. My intention remains the same to offer grounded, supportive treatments that help you feel more balanced, connected and held.

The spring equinox arrives this Friday, just one day after the Pisces new moon - a beautiful pairing of cosmic reset and seasonal renewal. This moment is inviting us to honour what’s ready to be released, to gently close the chapters that have served their purpose and to make space for what wants to grow next.

It’s a threshold, a quiet turning of the wheel, asking us to loosen our grip on the past and step with intention into a new beginning. As the light returns and the earth softens, we’re reminded that we too, are allowed to begin again - to choose differently, to dream more boldly and to root ourselves in a future that feels aligned and alive.

Watching and listening to natural water movement has been connected to reduced sympathetic nervous system activity and increased alpha brainwave states - the states linked to clarity, calm and that deep exhale we often forget we’re holding. Rhythmic sounds like waves or rainfall act almost like a lullaby for the nervous system.

Water teaches us regulation without saying a word. It moves, it releases, it returns to stillness. It doesn’t force anything.

Try inviting more of this into your days: rainfall tapping on the windows (our national soundtrack 😜), the rise and fall of ocean waves, the steady flow of a stream or the weightlessness of floating in gentle water.

Let the water remind you how to soften. Small sensory anchors like these help the body remember safety 💙💦

Sometimes the most meaningful chapters of our lives aren’t the ones filled with goals, plans or constant forward motion. Sometimes the real medicine is simply being here present in the moment, breathing through and witnessing the quiet unfolding of our own becoming.

We’re taught to chase the outcome, to believe we are always striving for something and to measure our worth by what we’re working toward. But there is deeper truth beneath all that noise, the journey itself is the practice and this journey is enough!!

There is beauty in the pauses. There is growth in the stillness. There is healing in the moments where nothing “big” is happening, yet everything inside us is gently rearranging.

It's the journey that asks for our courage. It’s the growth that asks for our patience. And it’s the becoming that truly counts ✨
