I am a fully qualified and insured sports massage therapist. Providing sport massage in and around Canterbury, Whitstable, Faversham, Herne Bay and Thanet.

I provide mobile sports massage in and around Canterbury, Whitstable, Faversham, Herne Bay, Ashford and Thanet. To fit around your hectic and busy lifestyle I offer a mobile service with flexible hours, meaning you can keep your body in top condition with the minimum of fuss, all in the comfort of your own home. I primarily provide a mobile service, however if you would prefer a neutral and professional location, I have appointments available on request at various locations in Canterbury. Please contact me for availability. Each treatment is tailored towards the client’s specific needs. A variety of techniques are used dependant on your requirements and desired outcome, whether that be a routine maintenance massage to keep the muscles relaxed and flexible, a rehabilitation session to reduce soreness and aid recovery from niggling injuries, or a massage to help you be in top condition before your big race or match. Treatments include:

• Trigger Point Therapy
• Remedial Massage
• Myofascial Release

My Qualifications
Fully insured and registered Sport massage
therapist
BA Honors Degree in Sport and Leisure management
Btec National in Sport Coaching and Sport Development
Qualified fitness instructor
Level 2 & 3 qualification in Anatomy and physiology
