My diary is filling fast for the rest of the year and the first week in January.

If you would like an appointment, please do not leave it until the last minute in case I can fit you in!

What a positive way to start the day!

Over the last couple of weeks I have been working with a client who believes that a couple of memories from school and university and the associated negative feelings, were playing a significant role in their overeating.
