A regular time set aside for Meditation practise will benefit the Mind, Body and Spirit in so many ways. At The Crystal Haven you meditate in a beautiful sanctuary surrounded by the healing energies of crystals. The space is calm, warm and inviting and you will be in a small group , some beginners and some more advanced meditators all in search of the peace and eightenment meditation offers. You will be guided through your meditation by myself your qualified meditation coach. We work through many different forms of meditation including Yoga Nidra to leave you totally relaxed and refreshed
Meditation has many benefits including, relaxation■improved sleep■mental clarity■lower blood pressure■reduced stress levels■better management of pain levels

Welcome to 2026 everyone. I hope you all took the chance to reflect on 2025 and though for many of us it was a year full of challenges it was also a year of growth. We need to embrace the fact that our inner strength got us through and as we push forward into 2026 with renewed hope and love in our hearts, take time to celebrate the small wins,love the ones who enrich our lives . Recognise the ones out to make mischief , dont waste your energy, understand that their actions can easily be out of greed, desperation, envy or pain and leave them to work on their own shadows. Be a beacon of love and light to all and know the universe has your back always.
To everyone who visits my little Haven whether personally or just to browse the page i wish you love, i wish you health and i wish you joy
