As the holiday season gets closer, anxiety can quietly rise for many people, even if you don’t talk about it.

You might be feeling:

It started in my own life.

I know what it feels like to carry fear you can’t explain.
To feel stuck in patterns you want to change but don’t know how.
To hold onto emotions that feel heavier than anyone realises.

And I also know what it feels like to finally breathe again,
to release, to heal, and to step into a calmer, stronger version of yourself.

1️⃣ Shoulder Drop - unclench your jaw + lower your shoulders
2️⃣ Box Breath - inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 6
3️⃣ Grounding - name 3 things you can see
4️⃣ Pause Before Responding - silence is a superpower
5️⃣ Self-Talk Check - speak to yourself like someone you love 💛

You don’t always need a whole routine to reset your nervous system - sometimes 10 seconds is enough.
