Starting 3rd November
£30 for 6 weeks or £7 per class
Suitable for beginners and experienced.
Mats and blocks provided, but bring your own if you have one.
Feel stronger, more flexible, balanced and relaxed.

ZUMBA AND PILATES

Monday nights from the 21st of October to 9th of December (No class Nov 4th).
Zumba 6pm
Pilates 7pm
£7 per class
Or £35 for the 7 week block (1 class)
Or £70 for both classes for 7 weeks.
Work at your own level. Suitable for beginners and intermediates.

Sorry to anyone booked into Yoga or Pilates tonight. I had to cancel because I got stuck at the A87 road closure, due to an RTA.
Zumba and Pilates AS NORMAL next Tuesday but NO Yoga or Pilates next Thursday as I am working at a polling station.

Active Health - Dynamic Wellbeing 🤸

All other classes as normal:
Tuesdays - Zumba 5.30pm and Pilates 6.45pm
Thursdays - yoga 5.45pm and Pilates 7pm
