On Monday Paul Dowding our Managing Director and Lyndsay J Ellis Deputy Managing Director At Greenwillow Funerals had the honour to attend the launch of Langstone Vale Crematorium and Memorial Gardens SuperVenue, showcasing their new amazing virtual and themed walls and features to further give families a lasting memory of their loved ones.

It was very impressive and we wish all at Langstone Vale Crematorium and Memorial Gardens every success continuing to work alongside Funeral Directors and Officiants to offer this truly bespoke service.

I wanted to send you a heartfelt ‘thanks’ from our family for the quality of your service recently in the bereavement process of Mum, Judith Hewett.

You showed enormous compassion, empathy, composure and professionalism throughout the process which was a real comfort to us all.

I think it is important to point out when someone does a good job and hopefully you can also inform your peers that we were very pleased with the service provided.

This is not the first time we have used Green Willow (unfortunately) but it is important to point out that when we have used the business in the past, we have always had a good experience, hence coming back for repeat business. Hopefully, it will be some time before we need your services again though.
