No one should feel ashamed to speak about their feelings in fact it shows incredible courage to say you’re not feeling good!

Speak to a friend, teacher, family member, lecturer, GP, counsellor of mental health charity if you’re not feeling yourself or find life is getting too difficult, there is ALWAYS help ❤️
