✨A beautiful start to the week at Ty Hafod✨

We ended last week with a lovely reminiscence sing-along and dance, enjoyed by residents and staff 💃🏾

This week were celebrating a Week of ❤️ whether it’s for a friend,spouse, family member or colleague. We’ve enjoyed a crafty afternoon making cards for our loved ones and adding messages to our Love tree, sharing what we’re grateful for.

We’re now getting ready for our Valentines Tea party this Saturday, with a musical performance from Kelly Sings 🎤

We look forward to seeing you all there❤️

Yesterday we had two special birthdays at Ty Hafod, wishing our lovely Marjorie a Happy 99th Birthday and our Maintenance man James a Happy Birthday also 🎂

We would like to extend a warm welcome to our new Activities Coordinator here at Ty Hafod.

This is Roxy, you will see her around Ty Hafod, getting to know residents and becoming part of their daily life here.

Roxy is hoping to plan a meet and greet in the near future to introduce herself to residents relatives.

Any ideas or suggestions for any activities or events you would like to see at Ty Hafod please let us know!

We’re very pleased to have Roxy join our team and look forward to new ideas and activities that she will bring to the home.

🎄Last week residents enjoyed making Wreaths, it was a great afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Our lovely Joy said that she had enjoyed making a wreath but the warm mince pie was the cherry on top to make it a fantastic Christmas afternoon.
