💙 Care Deserves Better Fair Pay 💙

From Monday 13th April 2026, Cariad Care Group will proudly be increasing our pay rates!

📌 What does that mean?
The National Living Wage (government minimum for ages 21+) is £12.21 per hour across the UK.

✨ At Cariad Care Group, we’re going further:
✔️ £13.45 per hour across all age groups
✔️ £14.00 per hour for weekend work
✔️ Mileage paid at 45p per mile 🚗
(Probationary rates may apply)

The Real Living Wage is the only wage rate based on what people actually need to live, not just the minimum required. And our carers deserve nothing less.
