Our recovery and aftercare team took a group for a seaside walk along Mumbles Pier 🌊

Being by the coast gave everyone a chance to unwind. Fresh air, open space and time to just walk and talk. Getting outside together really does help clear the mind and lift the mood.

And of course… the group rounded it off with some fish and chips by the sea 🐟🍟

Opioid overdose can happen anywhere, at any time. Recognising the signs could save a life 💜

⚠️ Watch for:
- Slow or irregular breathing
- Unresponsiveness
- Blue or grey lips and skin

💉 Naloxone reverses the effects of an opioid overdose. Having Naloxone, knowing how to use it, and acting quickly makes all the difference.

At CAVDAS we provide free Naloxone and Training at all of our bases.
