💛 Finding joy through creativity and connection.
Creative activities like drawing, colouring and painting, and social activities like spending time with friends and family are both great for helping us feel less stressed, more relaxed and positive.

Our Spend Time with Those That Make You Happy wellbeing tool brings these activities together by encouraging you to think about the people who support you and bring warmth and positivity to your life, and to capture those connections through creative activities like drawing and painting.

💬 Drawing Your Day: A Simple Way to Understand Your Feelings

Our Diary Comics tool, which shows you how to produce short autobiographical comics, encourages you turn real moments from your life into works of art.

They can be anything you want, sad, funny, strange, and certainly don’t need to be perfect. Drawing these experiences can help you make sense of them, and allow you and process your thoughts and feelings, leaving you feeling calmer and happier

Our supporter ‘Daring To Dream are holding an inspiring live festival on Youtube.

Nearly half of the adults in Wales live with illness. Too many miss out on live music, events, and connection because of it.

This inclusive wellbeing event brings together live music and real conversations, streamed on Youtube for anyone who can’t be there in person.

Talking about how we feel can help reduce stigma, build connection, and make it easier to seek support. Whether it’s a text to a friend, a walk and chat, or a cuppa with a colleague – every conversation matters.

This Time To Talk Day, we’re encouraging everyone in Wales to start a conversation about mental wellbeing 💬

Because when we talk, we feel less alone.

Here are some suggested ways to start that conversation today.

🧠 Our thoughts shape how we feel but we don’t always pay attention to them.

Being aware of what’s going on in your mind is the first step to understanding and managing how you feel.

Hapus tools like Look : Listen : Touch : Draw help us slow down, observe what we’re thinking and express those thoughts in creative ways whether through drawing what we notice, responding to music with marks on a page, or touching and drawing to connect body and mind.

💡 Seeing our thoughts visually can help us understand them better and reduce their emotional weight.
