🔊 Calling all health and wellbeing providers, organisations and groups - join us this St David‘s Day as we celebrate Wellbeing and Welsh Culture.
At Big Pit we’ll be sharing experiences and engaging with arts and crafts to support mental wellbeing, with Love Spoon paper craft with Artist Nia Wyn Skyrme, a Guided Mindful walk led by Mindfulness Wales, a Writing for Wellbeing workshop with poet Patrick Jones plus song, dancing, talks and much more.
As part of the event, we’re hosting an information “marketplace” area, to signpost to further information, support, advice and guidance for those seeking help will their wellbeing.
We'd be thrilled if you could join us for the day to represent your organisation with an information stand between 11am and 3pm.
If you would like a space please let us know with the number of those attending by Tuesday 17 February by contacting
