Chris and Chris had a welcome visit to the Blue Diamond Garden Centre where the flower were out of this world!! 🌷🌻🌸🌺
The Tavern was open for business this afternoon, it included lots of singing along to old pub songs, darts, larger, crisps and more. 😄🎯🎲🎷

Derrick and Neville had a super day out in Cardiff Bay today. We were given a tour of the Senedd by Joel who was highly knowledgable having worked there for 15 years. It was exciting to see behind the scenes and learning about recent changes to the Chamber, the origins of the slate flooring (Blaenau Ffestiniog) and the creative process behind the wonderful architecture. We took a stroll around the Millenium Centre and by then had worked up an appetite so we made our way to Wetherspoons for lunch. The Bay was buzzing with energy and we took in as much sun as we could! We visited the Pierhead Building and watched a short film about the story of Cardiff Docks and we finished our lovely day out with a 99 from Mr Whippy! Phew - time for a nap chaps!! 😁 🍦

Hello everyone, on Monday we will be having a visit from Steve at Sunflower Clothing. Steve has an excellent range of tops, blouses, cardigans, trousers and more, all at reasonable prices. It is a lovely opportunity for our lady residents to indulge in a spot of retail therapy 😊 If you would prefer for your loved one not to make any purchases please make us aware. Fantastic session of Tai Chi and relaxation exercises with Richard from GFit. Afterwards we all needed a nap! Last photo: a welcome sight for bird lovers - this Jay came to visit this morning. 😊

We had a wonderful performance from Jack Chandrinos this afternoon. He treated us to some Elvis, Neil Diamond, Frank Sinatra and Johnny Cash amongst other musical stars. Happy Wednesday everyone! ☺️

We had a lovely visit from Blue Door Nursery this morning. They impressed the residence with their drawing, singing and listening skills. We were even treated to a wonderful story time! Thank you Blue Door!
