I've been dying to share this for ages, and now with the venue confirmed I can share that I have teamed up with the lovely Claire Doyle, we will be running sound bath sessions twice a week at the beautiful Llanrumney Hall 🥰 One morning session and one evening session.
Lie down, get cosy, and let the sounds take you away while you receive some (optional) Reiki. The healing sounds help calm your nervous system, quietening your mind and aiding relaxation.
We’re offering an introductory price of £10 per person during January, so it’s a great chance to come along and see how it feels.

Vouchers are available for massage, Japanese head spa, facails, ASMR, Reiki, any of the packages or for the value of your choice if you'd rather not choose a treatment. Vouchers are sent via messenger to be saved and forwarded on to the recipient.
