Sound healing works by allowing the body to respond to vibration and frequency. These sounds can help slow brainwaves, encouraging the nervous system to shift from a busy, stressed state into a calmer, more restorative one, helping release tension and bringing the mind and body back into a natural sense of balance.
There’s nothing you need to do during the session. Just rest, breathe, and allow the sounds to wash over you. Join us Monday evenings at Llanrumney Hall, 7pm, your body, mind & soul will thank you ✨️🥰
