My name is Marsine and I teach YIN YOGA. Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative practice and works on so many levels - body, mind and soul 🧘‍♀️

My classes are beginner friendly, deeply nourishing and designed specifically for women.

*Announcement* Roath Classes

Unfortunately, I had to take the difficult decision to cancel my Roath classes until further notice.

There just wasn’t enough demand despite spending so much time and resources on advertising. My thinking is that a Friday evening class doesnt work for alot of people so I am on a wait list for another weekday evening slot.

I believe that if something feels like it not working, instead of “swimming against the current” it’s best to change direction.

To anyone affected, I’m so so sorry 🥹

You can still find me each week, at my Yin Yoga class for Women, which has been going strong for well over 2 years - on a Tuesday 7pm (term times only) at the gorgeous Llanrumney Hall.
