Most people hold tension in the neck and trapezius without even realising — from screens, poor posture, stress, and constantly being “on the go”.

This area is one of the main places I work on, because releasing it regularly helps prevent that tight, heavy feeling from building up again.

Massage works best as ongoing maintenance, not just when things become painful. Regular treatments help keep the tension away, keep you mobile, calm and help prevent injury.
