Preserve muscle when taking weight loss medication by getting a high amount of protein in each meal. Great sources of protein include:
lean meat, like chicken or turkey
fish
eggs
lentils and beans
cottage cheese
milk and yoghurt
You may also consider supplementing your diet with something like whey protein or pea protein that you can take in a shake, or add to other meals like porridge or pancakes to make them more protein-rich.
