Can service users please bare with us today, its just operations manager in the office and he is busy sorting out a RTA and ensuring that the driver is looked after. He will try and answer the phones when he is not speaking to insurance company, claims solicitor, hire car company and repair garage. Tomorrow both schedulers will be in and normal service will resume.
Once again sorry to our service users, this will not happen again on my watch, measures will be implemented ASAP.

The ops manager buying the admin staff bacon & sausage baps and cake to wish Cam a happy 60 birthday. Been 8 months with the charity and is doing a great job.

Three minibuses out today, one visiting a Xmas market in Abergavenny, the other going to a retail park for xmas shopping and tbe final.bus taking a group for thier xmas meal. All have a great day.

Normal service resumed.

Finally after 24hrs without internet, phonelines, mailing and charging unit for electric vehicles. The service is back up and running. Phonelines will open at 0900hrs.

Up-date on Phonelines & bookings:

There has been a major outage with BT Open Reach they are working on problem. The earliest time that VEST CT will be operational will be Friday 19 September at 1.30pm.

We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

VEST CT Phonelines and Internet off line....

To all our service customers, unfortunately VEST CT internet has gone down from BT Open Reach. This means the phonelines, Internet and chargers for our electric vehicles are not working. Open Reach are trying to solve the problem ASAP.
As soon as VEST CT is operational we will let everyone know.
